De koper heeft het recht om zonder opgave van enige redenen binnen een termijn van 14 kalenderdagen na de levering – d.i. de dag waarop de koper of een door de koper aangewezen derde, die niet de vervoerder is, het goed fysiek in bezit krijgt – af te zien van de aankoop van zijn product.

Verwittiging van retour

De koper dient Optiek Lammerant schriftelijk in kennis te stellen van het feit dat hij aan zijn aankoop wenst te verzaken. Hiervoor kan gebruik gemaakt worden van het elektronisch herroepingsformulier dat te vinden onderaan de tekst. Je vindt het formulier ook in de footer van de website van Optiek Lammerant, alsook in je orderbevestiging. Dit document mag per post of per mail naar Optiek Lammerant verzonden worden. Zodra Optiek Lammerant de herroeping ontvangt, wordt de geldigheid van de herroeping aan de koper bevestigd.

De koper moet de producten onverwijld, doch in ieder geval niet later dan 14 kalenderdagen na de dag waarop hij zijn beslissing om de overeenkomst te herroepen aan Optiek Lammerant heeft meegedeeld, terugzenden of overhandigen in de winkel van Optiek Lammerant of via Bpost naar het volgend adres:

Ingeval de koper van dit verzakingsrecht gebruik maakt, betaalt Optiek Lammerant de reeds betaalde aankoopprijs terug. De terugbetaling gebeurt via dezelfde betalingswijze als diegene die de koper heeft gekozen om de betaling te verrichten. De kosten verbonden aan het terugzenden van de producten zijn voor rekening van de koper.

Retourvoorwaarden

Indien de teruggestuurde producten zijn beschadigd of in waarde zijn verminderd, behoudt Optiek Lammerant zich het recht voor om de koper aansprakelijk te stellen en een schadevergoeding te eisen voor elke schade of waardevermindering die te wijten is aan de koper.

Enkel producten die zich in de originele verpakking bevinden en samen met alle accessoires en toebehoren en de factuur of het aankoopbewijs worden teruggenomen. Zullen in geen geval worden teruggenomen:

• Gebruikte, bevuilde, beschadigde of onvolledige artikelen
• Artikelen die op maat van de klant zijn gemaakt of volgens de specificaties van de klant vervaardigde goederen = gepersonaliseerde artikelen

Return

The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase of his or her product without giving any reasons whatsoever within a period of 14 calendar days after delivery, i.e. the day on which the purchaser or a third person designated by the purchaser, who is not the transporter, physically receives the object in his or her possession.

Notification of return

The purchaser must notify Optiek Lammerant in writing of the fact that he or she wishes to withdraw from his or her purchase. To do so, you can use the electronic withdrawal form that you will find below the text. You will also find the form in the footer of the Optiek Lammerant website, as well as in your order confirmation. This document may be sent to Optiek Lammerant by post or by email. The validity of the withdrawal will be confirmed to the purchaser as soon as Optiek Lammerant receives the withdrawal.

The purchaser must return the product to Optiek Lammerant at the following address through bpost or hand it in at the Optiek Lammerant shop without delay but, in any event, no later than within 14 calendar days after the day on which he or she notified Optiek Lammerant of his or her decision to withdraw from the agreement:

If the purchaser uses this right of withdrawal, Optiek Lammerant shall refund the purchase price paid. The payment shall be refunded by the same means of payment as the purchaser used to make the payment. The purchaser shall be liable for the costs accompanying the return of the products.

Terms return

If the returned products are damaged or have devalued, Optiek Lammerant reserves the right to hold the purchaser liable and to claim compensation for damages for any damage or devaluation attributable to the purchaser.

Only products in their original packaging and accompanied by all the accessories and appurtenances, as well as by the invoice or the proof of purchase shall be taken back. The following shall not be taken back under any circumstance:

• used, soiled, damaged or incomplete items;
• items that were custom-made for the customer or goods that were manufactured according to the customer’s specifications = personalised items.
